Since starting my career in esthetics many things have changed, but one thing has remained constant - helping women feel confident and flawless. I’m so glad you’re here and ready to take your skincare, lashes, and brows to new heights and feel beautiful inside and out. In March of 2023 I knew I was ready to take the leap to start my own business, so I created Flawless by Joleen.

While esthetics is a huge part of my life, I’d be remiss if I didn’t tell you about the other huge pieces of my heart outside the studio. There’s nothing I love more than spending time with my family, my husband Ray, and our son Ace. I’m a sucker for a trashy reality TV show, my guilty pleasure, any of the real housewives.
